Here's
a concept I played around with. The topic was "Hero Hybrids" at sketchoholics. I
chose to combine Superman and Sponge Bob. This is my interpretation of it. I
call him Kal-El Square Pants. I have a Superman doll that I used as reference.
I liked how stylized the look and feel of his edgy anatomy. I also tried to
simulate the highlights on a matte finish. I like how it turned out. Googly
eyes and school boy trousers and shoes.
